All Play Italy tours include free cancellation. This means there are no penalties for cancellations made for any reason. However, the specifics of our policy are as follows:

  • If the trip is cancelled less than 21 days before departure, the traveler will not be entitled to any refund.

No, Play Italy tours do not have any age restrictions. This means you can travel with your entire family to enjoy Italy’s unique experiences and breathtaking destinations. However, based on our experience with family travelers, all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during activities.
